About This Role
As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities across multiple sites nationally. Your role will involve coordinating and managing various services, including virtual offices, helpdesk support, repairs, maintenance, stock levels, security access, and liaison with external contractors.
Your Responsibilities
* Work proactively to anticipate and meet the needs of our facilities team, delivering timely service to cover five sites nationally.
* Manage service desk requests within set service level agreements (SLAs).
* Maintain accurate knowledge and documentation of premises and issues affecting the team.
* Foster excellent relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
* Support the reception officer in carrying out reception responsibilities professionally.
About You
* Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills are essential for this role.
* You should have experience contributing to office operations and possess intermediate Microsoft Suite knowledge and data processing skills.
* A strong initiative to identify administrative improvements and take ownership of processes is required.
* You should have highly developed communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
* A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills are also necessary.
