Recruitment Consultant - Project Services & Product
We're partnered with a fast-growing SaaS company based in Melbourne, looking for a Software Test Analyst. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and analysts to identify issues early, improve test coverage, and support a high standard of quality across the product.
Your Role:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC to ensure quality standards are met
* Plan and execute functional, regression, and performance testing
* Troubleshoot, document, and track issues with clarity and precision
* Maintain and improve automated testing tools and processes
* Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and test case design
* Support documentation by capturing key setup and configuration details
What You Bring:
* Experience in QA/testing within a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment
* Familiarity with testing strategies, automation tools, and Agile workflows
* Confident working with APIs, databases (SQL), and web-based platforms
* Strong communication and attention to detail
* Exposure to TestComplete, AWS services, or scripting automated tests
