About you
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Early Childhood Educator with a Certificate III in Children's Services (or related qualification) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide high-quality education and care for children aged 0–5, guided by the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
You'll play a key part in shaping a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to grow.
What You'll Bring
* Certificate III in Children's Services (or equivalent recognised qualification)
* Strong understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (WA) Act 2012, Regulations, and NQF
* Up-to-date knowledge of child development and best practices in early learning
* Awareness of current trends and research in Early Years services
* Sound understanding of Child Protection legislation and your responsibilities as a mandated reporter
* Experience in Long Day Care and/or Outside School Hours Care settings

* High-level communication skills, both written and verbal
* A collaborative and proactive team player
* Ability to deliver developmentally appropriate programs tailored to individual and group needs
* Commitment to ongoing professional learning and reflection

* Physically able to meet the demands of working in a hands-on early childhood environment
