Reporting to the Station Manager this role plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the location.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
To greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner in the final stage of their journey
Ensure that the customers experience has been positive and provide a solution for any issues that have occurred
Go the extra mile to ensure high quality service and provide a WOW experience for the customer
Also be of assistance to any customers who are commencing their journey
Conduct damage inspection of all returning vehicles; and any outgoing vehicles, to retain customer peace of mind and overall satisfaction
Checking the vehicles for roadworthiness and ensuring appropriate oil levels and tyre pressure is consistently maintained
Checking for any chips on the windscreens and checking for any panel damage or any other general wear and tear on the vehicle
To be considered, you should possess:
Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers
The ability to work alone and as part of a team
Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
Current and ongoing Australian work rights
