The Supervisor Exhibit Property is accountable to the Manager, Strategic Operations Section for the efficient and effective site operations, management and the storage and disposal of exhibit items including vehicles. The Section receives from police officers, objects, valuables, and other matters seized as exhibits or for safe keeping. The Supervisor is responsible for the effective planning, implementation and monitoring of all day-to-day operations. The role ensures high quality customer service and a high performing team, continuity of operations, oversight of work health safety procedures onsite.
The Strategic Operations Section, within SAPOL's Physical Assets Services Branch (PASB), is responsible for the performance of SAPOL's Fleet Operations and Property Exhibit Store functions.
PASB is comprised of seven units: Capital Projects Unit, Major Projects Unit, Strategic Infrastructure & Assets Unit, Contracts, Impound & Armoury Unit, Strategic Operations: Fleet & Property, Facilities Management Unit, and Business Unit. - The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL's iEngage program.
Salary ASO5 - $85,790 -$95,413 per annum.
