Step into a role where every shift makes an impact. As a casual Youth Worker, you'll provide trauma-informed care and meaningful support to children and young people in our Out of Home Care program. What you'll be doing
* Providing day-to-day care and guidance to children and young people
* Supporting personal care needs, education, social participation, and the development of independent living skills
* Helping create a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment
* Using trauma-informed and positive behaviour support strategies when challenges arise
What you'll bring
* A Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family, or Community Services (or a willingness to enrol—ask us about government-funded options)
* A Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* An NDIS Worker Screening Check
* A National Police Check (completed by us for successful applicants)
* A valid open driver's license
