As the Associate Director, Curriculum Implementation, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the strategic development, planning, and operational management of curriculum implementation processes. Your work will directly contribute to aligning these processes with Swinburne's overarching goals and objectives.
Reporting to the Deputy Director, Academic Administration, you will oversee and coordinate the delivery of curriculum implementation for both Higher Education (HE) and Vocational Education (VET). This includes managing curriculum data, timetable data, fees data, and academic calendars to ensure smooth and seamless student transaction processes.
Your role will be critical in establishing efficient and effective student administration practices by reviewing and improving policies and processes related to curriculum data management. Your expertise will help enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the University. You'll collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including Education & Quality, Schools, Teaching and Learning Departments, and operational teams within Student Administration. Your ability to build strong working relationships will ensure that curriculum implementation aligns with the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
As a senior leader in Student Administration, you will set high standards of customer service and foster a responsive, stakeholder-focused approach. Additionally, you'll provide support to the Deputy Director and act as a deputy when required.

**About You**
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated experience in leading, developing, guiding, and motivating staff.
- Demonstrated experience in influencing, developing, and implementing policy, ensuring adherence to standard processes and/or government legislation in a large, complex organisation.
- Demonstrated ability in development of effective strategic and operational plans, and the design and implementation of process improvements.
- A sound understanding of the Australian university and VE sectors and their interrelationships with State and Federal Government processes and structures.
- Knowledge of student systems, preferably experience in project and/or operational use of Technology One Student Management System and CANVAS.
**Qualifications**
- Post graduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience and management expertise and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education training.
