We are seeking a reliable and motivated Gardener to join our team. This casual position will require 2–3 working days per week, with some flexibility in scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general garden maintenance, including mowing, pruning, weeding, and planting
- Maintain the overall presentation of lawns, garden beds, and outdoor spaces
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely
- Follow established procedures to ensure a safe and tidy working environment
Requirements:
- Previous gardening or landscaping experience preferred, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
- Reliability and commitment to allocated workdays
