Executive Assistant to the General Manager
Tropical Fruit World is one of Australia's most unique farm-based attractions, combining experiences, education, hospitality, retail, events, and farm-made products across our stunning 220 acre property.
We're seeking an organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and help keep the business running smoothly and efficiently.
This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in bringing structure and clarity to complex operations.
About the Role
Working closely with the General Manager, you'll provide high-level administrative and coordination support across multiple areas of the business. No two days will be the same.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing calendars, meetings, and priorities for the General Manager
* Preparing meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up actions
* Coordinating communication between departments and leadership
* Supporting projects, and business initiatives
* Drafting correspondence and assisting with internal communications
* Keeping documents, systems, and information organised and up to date
About You
You're highly organised, calm under pressure, and naturally proactive.
You'll bring:
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administration role
* A minimum of 3-5 years of Executive Assistant or similar administrative experience
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Confidence working with senior leaders
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and follow things through
* Professionalism, discretion, and a positive, solutions-focused mindset
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
