About the Role
This position requires a deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry (or industries, markets). The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in sourcing or recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing plans.
* Utilize data mining, extensions, and aggregators to source candidates.

Requirements:
