The Company: We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex, multi-stream projects within a fast-paced, non-bank financial services environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in high-pressure settings, takes ownership, and brings a balance of structured delivery and pragmatic execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver complex migration and implementation programs across lending, servicing, and payments platforms. Manage 6–7 concurrent workstreams with cross-functional delivery teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring performance, accountability, and alignment with delivery timelines. Drive end-to-end program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Identify and manage risks, ensuring effective mitigation and issue resolution. Required Skills and Experience: Proven track record as a Program Manager in Financial Services (non-bank lending or similar). Comfortable working in challenging, high-change environments with multiple moving parts. Demonstrated common-sense decision-making and pragmatic problem-solving skills. Strong experience delivering system migrations, core platform implementations, and business change. Experience leading large delivery teams and ensuring cohesive execution across multiple workstreams. A high degree of independence—someone leadership can trust to get the job done. Nice to Have: Experience with financial data migrations and/or loan book transfers. Exposure to large-scale financial transactions. Experience standing up servicing and payments capabilities (e.g., direct debits, disbursements, arrears management). Knowledge of lending lifecycle systems or loan management platforms.
