Buslines Group is the largest bus operator in regional NSW operating in 13 locations across NSW with a fleet of 420 buses. As part of the Group, Bathurst Buslines operate a fleet of buses across the broader Bathurst region carrying out both regular passenger and school bus services.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person for a permanent position to assist in both operational and administrative tasks within the organisation. The role will be based at the Bathurst office.
The duties in the role are wide and varied with operational support from:
- dealing with bus driver enquiries,
- on-road operations and timetable knowledge
Support in administrative tasks at including:
- cash reconciliation,
- customer service,
- student free travel system,
- accounts payable and receivable.
This role will also provide support in some major projects that the organisation is currently undertaking in planning and timetable reviews, tracking and customer real time information systems including some marketing and market research initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will need to be self-driven, organised and reliable with strong computer skills and a willingness to be trained in specific industry programs. You will also possess good communication skills, an excellent phone manner, and previous administrative experience. You will enjoy learning, and pride yourself in fulfilling your commitments.
