Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced in-house solicitor to join our legal team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice, managing disputes, and supporting the business across construction and commercial matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction law, commercial law, and relevant legislation. You will also possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent; admission as a solicitor in Australia.
* 2-5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in construction law, commercial litigation, or contract review.
* Strong knowledge of construction law, commercial law, and relevant legislation.
* Experience in drafting, negotiating, and litigating contracts and disputes.
