As a Change Management Specialist, you will support the delivery of change initiatives across a variety of projects. You\'ll work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to help ensure change is adopted smoothly and effectively. You\'ll play a key role in ensuring our initiatives achieve their goals by increasing employee adoption and usage. With a strong focus on the people side of change, you\'ll help design and deliver plans that support new processes, systems, and technologies across the business.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Creating and updating change management plans
* Partnering with stakeholders to assess impact and readiness
* Supporting communication and training efforts
* Coaching change champions and managing resistance
* Driving engagement and adoption to maximise ROI and business outcomes
About you
You\'re a confident communicator and a collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments. This Change Management Specialist role may also suit communication or training professionals who would like to pivot into a change management role.
You bring:
* Proven experience in business change management across people, process, and tech
* Strong planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
* A strategic mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action
* Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for helping others succeed
* Familiarity with project lifecycles and agile ways of working
* Demonstrated capability in the execution of large-scale change projects
