About the Role:
We are urgently seeking an Allied Health Professional for a locum position with the Glenorchy & Northern Continuing Care Team in Glenorchy, TAS.
This is a Monday to Friday, day-work contract (8:30am – 5:06pm) running from 8 April 2026 to 10 July 2026. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality community-based mental health services in accordance with the National Standards for Mental Health Services, providing responsive care to consumers including triage, comprehensive mental health assessments, assertive case management, safety planning and ongoing psychotherapeutic work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a designated patient caseload within the community mental health setting
2. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and assertive case coordination
3. Deliver recovery-focused, evidence-based interventions for clients in the community
4. Provide safety planning, psychotherapeutic work and discharge/
