Job Description
* Lead planning and execution of key application upgrades (Salesforce, mobile, web)
* Manage external vendors and SI partners through delivery
* Ensure governance, timelines, and budgets are maintained
* Drive successful go-lives and post-implementation support handovers
* Engage internal business teams to define and prioritise requirements
* Coordinate across technical and product teams for integration and testing
* Manage reporting, risks, and cross-project dependencies
The Successful Applicant
* Strong background in enterprise application upgrades or digital delivery
* 6+ years working as a PM
* Experience with Salesforce, mobile platforms, and website development
* Strong vendor and partner engagement skills
* Proven track record in leading complex technology projects
* Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
* Agile and/or hybrid delivery model experience a plus
