Reporting directly to the Director and Construction Manager, the Estimator will play a key role in the successful delivery of our projects.
About the Role:
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Attending Tender site meetings and conducting detailed take-offs and quality assessments
* Preparing and managing quotation requests from Suppliers and Sub-Contractors
* Compiling and submitting accurate and competitive Tender submissions
* Assisting the Project Team with cost control
* Liaising with Clients and building strong, long term working relationships
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an Estimator role within the Construction industry
* High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
* Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Proven ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines efficiently
* Construction White Card
* Current QLD Driver's Licence
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
