About the Role
As a Change Advisor, you will lead and support the planning, execution, and embedding of change management initiatives to drive cultural and operational transformation.
You will partner with various teams to guide successful organisational change through strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
The key responsibilities include leading change planning to assess complexity and design appropriate strategies, defining change management and communications approach using user insights, and capturing user sentiment to assess readiness and develop transition plans.
