About the Role
Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a motivated HVAC Technician (Refrigeration or Electrical trade) to join our Windsor team. This role offers excellent autonomy, variety, and opportunities to grow your technical capability and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform preventative and routine maintenance
* Commission, install, overhaul, fault‑find, and service mechanical systems
* Work across a wide range of equipment, including package units, chillers, and central plant
* Gain exposure to Johnson Controls' Building Management Systems
* Provide quotes for small works and manage sites as required
* Interpret and work from technical drawings and plans
* Complete small commercial installations
About You
* Experience with chillers and commercial air conditioning (highly desirable)
* Trade qualification in Refrigeration or Electrical with HVAC experience
* Restricted Electrical License
* Valid driver's license
