About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on, adaptable Senior Microsoft & Azure Solutions Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a real impact.
This is a broad, high-impact role for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, delivering training, supporting the team, and hustling to help grow our cloud business.
You will work closely with our Cloud Business Manager to drive cloud strategy, educate partners, and grow partners across Microsoft Cloud and other SaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities (Must-Have)
Deliver engaging Azure and Microsoft 365 training to internal teams and reseller partners.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Support presales activities, including solution design, technical presentations, and helping win new business.
Collaborate with the Cloud Operations Manager to refine SOPs, FAQs, and internal documentation.
Stay current with Microsoft and Azure updates, security patches, and best practices.
Additional Responsibilities (Nice-to-Have)
Develop and maintain automation scripts and integrations (PowerShell, Python, n8n).
Maintain and optimize SQL databases and reporting dashboards (Power BI).
Assist with server updates, patching, and platform maintenance following DevOps best practices.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in Level 3 technical support or senior technical role, with strong Microsoft 365 and Azure expertise.
Experience delivering technical training or enablement.
Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
Presales or solutions architecture experience (or willingness to learn).
Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python) and workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n) is highly regarded.
Experience with SQL, Power BI, and DevOps fundamentals is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator or Architect) highly desirable.
