What We're Looking For
* At least 2 years experience managing remote engineering teams and scaling their impact.
* Strong collaboration experience with Product Management to deliver meaningful results.
* Deep knowledge of modern software development practices; from quality and security to operational robustness.
* Experience with cloud-based architectures and contemporary engineering approaches.
* Ability to balance immediate business needs with sustainable, long-term technical standards.
