About the Role You'll join a large engineering function of a Big 4 Bank (12 local, 12 offshore) and work closely with a small group of AI-focused engineers to design, build, and deploy new automation and AI features across platforms including: ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot Enterprise automation and AI tooling Vendor-delivered AI capabilities A key part of the role is assessing vendor AI solutions, determining feasibility, and contributing to the design and deployment of scalable automation features. Key Responsibilities Develop and automate platform and system capabilities Build AI-enabled features (ChatGPT, Copilot, internal automation tools) Review and validate vendor AI offerings Collaborate with local and offshore engineering teams Contribute creative ideas for improving automation and AI functionality What We're Looking For Strong background in system administration and automation Hands-on software engineering and development capability Experience building or deploying AI-driven solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced, AI-centric environment Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
