About the Role
* Proactive management of your own complex CTP claims portfolio in accordance with regulatory and Allianz requirements.
* Maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants.
* Making settlement offers, attending informal and settlement conferences to progress claims towards finalisation.
* Buildingeffective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals, and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes.
* Identifying opportunities to develop Case Managers with a focus on holistic claims management and finalisation.
* Identifying business risks and participating in claim initiatives aimed at enhancing claims processes and customer satisfaction.
About You
* Previous CTP Claims experience (minimum 4 years)
* Demonstrated Technical Excellence in all aspects of managing CTP claims
* Demonstrated ability in coaching and mentoring
* Demonstrated high level of problem solving and analytical skills
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong negotiation skills
* Understanding of a compliance and target driven environment
* Emotional intelligence
