A reputable head contract builder is seeking a proven No.1 Site Manager to lead the delivery of a staged education upgrade near Wagga Wagga.
This is a live school environment project requiring strong leadership, clear communication, and a high standard of safety and programme control.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience delivering education or live-environment projects
* Confidence managing subcontractors, programme sequencing and compliance
* Strong knowledge of WHS requirements within operational school settings
* Can drive quality, budget and time outcomes under tight programme conditions
* Communicates effectively with consultants, client representatives and stakeholders
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Full site supervision and coordination
* Safety, leadership and compliance oversight
* Subcontractor management and performance tracking
* Quality assurance and defect management
* Client and stakeholder liaison
