The Role The Management Accountant is responsible for supporting strategic decision making through budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, key responsibilities include: Support strategic planning, provide actionable financial insights to senior management and key stakeholders Key contributor in the completion of the monthly management accounts including variance analysis, P&L and cashflow reports Develop strong business partnering relationships with store managers to ensure better financial understanding and practices Work with broader team and assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts About you CPA or CA accreditation Proven excel expertise and technical accounting skills Big 4 audit experience is highly desired.
