An well-renowned and expanding custom residential builder is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a team of 5 Supervisors across South East Queensland, on builds between Sunshine Coast & Gold Coast.

The Role: Construction Manager
* Location: South East QLD (Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast)
* Reporting to: Director
* Team Oversight: Lead and support 6-7 Building Supervisors managing approx 100+ residential builds per year
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent residential builds whilst overseeing site-based supervisors
* Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Supervisors to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
* Monitor site performance across builds, ensuring budgets, timelines, and standards are met
* Drive accountability and a strong safety culture across all construction sites
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders including design, estimating, and client service teams
* Contribute to continuous improvement in construction processes and delivery outcomes
Experience:
* Proven experience in a senior construction leadership role (e.g., Senior Supervisor, Area/Construction Manager)
* Experience overseeing multiple supervisors and high-volume residential builds for a volume builder
* Strong, stable employment background demonstrating career progression and leadership
