Key Responsibilities:
* Manage tenancy agreements, including termination notices, bond lodgments, and initial fund payments.
* Monitor arrears and oversee rent negotiations.
* Coordinate leasing activities such as open for inspections and tenant vetting.
* Manage property advertising on website portals.
* Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections, with preparation of comprehensive reports.
* Oversee repairs and maintenance in collaboration with the After Care team.
* Ensure compliance with fire inspections and other safety protocols.
* Attend tribunal hearings and manage related applications.
* Handle trust accounting tasks, including rent receipting, disbursing, and portfolio reconciliations.
* Prepare End of Month (EOM) and End of Financial Year (EOFY) statements.
* Manage water usage accounts and retrieval of funds from tenants.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in real estate and property management.
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (preferred).
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
