* Solutions focused: strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, complemented by your resilience, to respond to the role dynamics and changing priorities.

About you

* Advanced level demonstrated experience providing clinical services of a complex nature.
* Able to provide clinical practice supervision to less experienced clinicians.
* High‐calibre interpersonal and communication skills to build effective and trusted relationships within and across teams and stakeholders.
* Thorough understanding of ethical and legal responsibilities and professional accountabilities of your discipline.
* Highly developed written communication skills, able to produce excellent quality professional reports and case notes.
* Team leadership and management including knowledge of and ability to implement human resources practices.
* Strong time management, organisational and planning strengths to pre‐empt service delivery and emerging priorities.

Mandatory Requirements

* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology and membership with APHRA; or
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or Social Work, with eligibility for membership or registration with AHPRA and/or AASW; C Class Driver's Licence; and
