Early Childhood Education Team Lead Role
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee the delivery of high-quality early childhood education services in our region.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III level qualification in Early Childhood, with a commitment to working towards a Diploma in Early Education and Care. They will also possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a childhood setting, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise childcare services and ensure smooth operations
* Develop and implement culturally relevant programs for children aged from birth to school age
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Completed or working towards a Certificate III level qualification in Early Childhood
* At least 1 year experience in a similar role or a childhood setting
* Understanding of the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations
* Ability to obtain and maintain an NT Working with Children (Ochre) Card, along with a satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check
