About the role
AlertForce is seeking experienced WHS, White card, Asbestos Awareness and Silica Awareness Trainers to join our team in the ACT on a contract basis. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to ensure our clients' compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
What you'll be doing
1. Delivering engaging and informative training sessions on WHS, White card, Asbestos Awareness and Silica Awareness to a range of clients in the ACT
2. Ensuring training content is up-to-date and compliant with the latest industry regulations and best practices
3. Providing excellent customer service and support to our clients throughout the training process
4. Maintaining comprehensive training records and documentation
5. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of our training programs
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience as a WHS, White card, Asbestos Awareness or Silica Awareness Trainer, preferably in the ACT region
2. A minimum of 1-2 years of WHS training experience is required
3. Candidates may specialise in specific training areas as we provide training for areas where additional expertise is needed
4. Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate learners of all backgrounds
6. A passion for training and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences
7. Flexibility to work on a contract basis, with the ability to travel within the ACT as needed
8. Relevant training and assessment qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
9. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) is specifically required for this role
