Day To Day Will See You

* Manage, coach, and develop a Recruitment Specialist, fostering their growth and ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes across the recruitment lifecycle.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand workforce needs and design effective, tailored sourcing strategies.
* Proactively identify and engage candidates through diverse channels.
* Review applications, conduct screenings, and develop structured interview processes to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
* Drive the full recruitment process, from coordination and facilitation of interviews through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
* Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other partners to expand access to high-quality candidates.
* Take ownership of recruitment reporting and analytics.
* Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes.
* Stay informed on trends and talent market dynamics.
* Work with the broader People team on people programmes that strengthen talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention across the organisation.

About You

* You’re an experienced and results-driven Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities.
* You bring 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally gained in a high-growth company; exposure to scaling tech startups is a strong advantage.
* You’re highly skilled across the full hiring process, with excellent organisational ability to manage multiple roles, shifting priorities, and diverse stakeholders.
* You communicate with clarity and impact, building strong and trusted relationships at all levels.
* You’re confident in assessing candidate potential and using data-driven insights to make informed hiring decisions.
* You’re an advanced user of Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter, leveraging tools effectively to source and engage top talent.
* Integrity and confidentiality are central to how you work.
* You take ownership of your work, bringing initiative, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility for outcomes.
* You adapt quickly to change and approach new challenges with energy, positivity, and resilience.
