Manager Training Review

* Clerk Grade 11/12 with a salary range of $149,739 to $173,174 plus superannuation
* Temporary full-time role until December 2026 primarily based in Sydney/Parramatta/Gosford with flexible working arrangements in place
About us SafeWork NSW is the state’s workplace health and safety regulator. Our focus is to protect NSW workers by preventing and reducing work related fatalities, serious injuries, and illnesses by securing compliance with work health and safety and associated legislation. About the role: As the Manager Training Review, you will oversee the review, design and implementation of learning and development programs that align with project outcomes, business unit goals and broader Agency strategies. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our people learn, grow and succeed. Key responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development and review of learning programs that support organisational objectives.
* Partner closely with stakeholders and project teams to understand people impacts, provide expert advice and deliver tailored learning plans.
* Conduct training needs analyses and coordinate innovative training solutions across multiple learning streams.
* Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, using stakeholder feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships across the Agency to deliver cohesive, integrated learning offerings.
* Prepare high quality strategic plans, reports and recommendations to support informed decision making. ‑quality strategic plans, reports and recommendations to support informed decision‑making.
* Oversee the development of new training materials, including digital content, online modules and virtual delivery.
