About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Paramedic/Registered Nurse to join our team as a Critical Care Transport Specialist. As a key member of our Mobile Patient Care (MPC) program, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient-centred care and treatment during the transport of patients with a wide variety of medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
">
1. Perform patient assessment and intervention on-road
2. Provide high-quality patient care and treatment during on-road transport
3. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with patients and stakeholders
4. Assess the effectiveness of interventions in accordance with MPC guidelines, regulations, and within scope of practice
5. Perform independently and problem-solve within policies and procedures
6. Work collaboratively with team members

Requirements:
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications as a Registered Paramedic or Division 1 Registered Nurse
- Current registration with AHPRA (or pending approval for Paramedics)
- Ability to drive in both city and country traffic conditions
- Compassion, professionalism, and dedication to excellent service
- Experience in the Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT) sector is desirable but not essential
- Satisfactory completion of safety screening including a current Full Driver's Licence, Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and right to work in Australia
