Responsibilities will vary but may include:Â
- Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies, plans, and activities to support organizational transformation initiatives.Â
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to assess change impacts, stakeholder analysis, and change readiness assessments.Â
- Design and execute change management communication plans to effectively articulate the benefits and vision of the change initiatives.Â
- Develop training materials, facilitate workshops, and deliver engaging presentations to educate and inspire employees to embrace change.Â
- Employ change management methodologies, tools, and techniques to drive successful adoption and minimize resistance.Â
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to senior leaders and project teams throughout the change lifecycle.Â
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.Â
Whilst we are looking for applicants with 5 years plus experience in Change Management, our search for great people means we look beyond just the technical skills.
