Recruiter Job Opportunity
The Field Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of craft recruiting and employment activities. This includes onboarding, performance assessments, disciplinary actions, and transfer coordination.
Tasks will include creating and managing requisitions, assessing job specification criteria, identifying screening questions, and determining candidate interview approaches.
The Field Recruiter will interview potential candidates, gather and consolidate feedback from interviews, and complete interview elevation documentation; negotiate job offer details with candidates.
The Field Recruiter must identify and stay current on market trends in the marketplace that impact the ability to support project staffing.

Responsibilities:
1. Open requisitions as requested by leadership and/or HR Business Partner.
2. Perform screening of applicants, assess their skill level/fit for roles, and route appropriately.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Associates degree with 4+ years related experience or Bachelor's degree with 1+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in construction and/or recruiting.
2. Ability to analyze and organize data into reports and management information.
3. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
4. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
