Job Title: ICU Nurses for Home Care
ICU Nurses for Home Care are required to provide intensive care services to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
The role involves working as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on improving and maintaining the client's quality of life.
Key responsibilities include advanced airway management, basic pediatric nursing care, medication management, PEG management, and fostering development of teenagers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A current registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with AHPRA
* A minimum of 2 years clinical PICU/NICU/ICU nursing experience
* Paediatric experience is desirable but not essential
* Current ALS/Paediatric ALS certification
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Flexibility with shifts
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Motivated and able to prioritise
* Confidence in working independently in an intensive home care environment
* Excellent social skills when dealing with clients and their families in their own home
* Positive outlook on life
* Current Working With Children Check
* Valid driver's license
