- Become a Bus Operator with Transdev in Capalaba No experience necessary. All training provided by our own Trainers to upgrade you to a Medium Rigid licence.

**What you bring**:
- Full Australian working rights (an Australian citizen or permanent resident)
- A current Australian "C" class **open** car licence for at least three years in total (Australian or overseas)
- The ability to obtain a current Driver Authorisation from the Queensland Government
- A good driving history (i.e., no more than four demerit points in the past three years, or have had a suspended licence or good behaviour period in the last three years, excluding State Penalty Enforcement Registry suspensions)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A strong focus on safety
- Adaptability to achieve schedule requirements and variations
- Availability from Monday to Saturday. Applicants need to be prepared to work a roster which includes straight shifts, split shifts, and relief shifts. More detail is discussed during the recruitment process
