As a Tile Specialist at NASHCO Tilling Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and expertise within our tile and flooring showroom. This full time position based in Box Hill, Victoria, will see you working collaboratively with our customers to help them achieve their dream home or commercial space through the selection of high-quality tiles and flooring solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Engage with customers to understand their tile and flooring needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Demonstrate product knowledge, educating customers on tile types, finishes, installation requirements and maintenance
- Assist customers with selecting the perfect tiles and flooring to suit their style and budget
- Process sales transactions and orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing showroom to showcase our tile and flooring products
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date on new product ranges and industry trends
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the tile, flooring or home improvement industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on tile and flooring options
- Strong organisational and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple customer enquiries
- Passion for design and home improvement trends
- A positive, friendly and helpful attitude
