WACHS comprises a network of health facilities across 7 regions, including hospitals, nursing posts, and community health centres. It delivers a wide range of health services outside Perth, from Kalumburu in the Kimberley to Albany in the Great Southern.

The Kimberley region, the northernmost part of Western Australia, covers 423,517 km², approximately three times the size of England. WACHS Kimberley includes six hospitals, an inpatient mental health unit, three Community Directorates, and a Corporate Office. The region offers hospital, community health, public health, remote area health, aged care, and mental health services through a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
