We have both casual and permanent roles available at Lara, with competitive remuneration packages under the terms of an Enterprise Agreement. Our salary range is $74,481 - $102,248 (based on full-time) and $44 - $61 per hour for casual staff, with annual increments applying. We also offer generous shift and weekend allowances, annual leave, long service leave, and continuing professional development leave.
To be successful in this role, you will need clinical nursing skills, excellent teamwork orientation, and relevant nursing qualifications with current registration. You must have at least one year of post-registration clinical experience and be able to plan and coordinate patient care, work independently, and contribute to professional practice within the healthcare facility.
