WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

Join our dedicated Mental Health team at Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network and play a key role in delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented care across inpatient settings. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your mental health nursing skills, or bring your advanced experience to a dynamic and supportive multidisciplinary environment. Work closely with diverse patient groups, contribute to person-centred care, and participate in innovative programs that promote mental health and wellbeing. - Deliver evidence‑based, recovery-focused mental health nursing care to consumers.
- Participate in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic interventions.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement, professional development, and clinical teaching.
- Support and guide junior staff, students, and colleagues in clinical practice.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?

To ensure that we meet that commitment there are a few checks that you will be required to undertake. - You will need to be immunised. The policy on immunisation is very detailed, so please contact the Enquiries Person for this position if you have any queries. Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy
- You will need to undergo employment screening, what you require is also on the front page of the Role Description.
- You will be required to hold registration with AHPRA to practice as a Registered Registered within our organisation.
