About the Role
As the Communications Lead in a large program you will build, implement and deliver the program communications plan:
1. Collaboratively shape the communications strategy and plan, addressing the unique needs of geographically and demographically dispersed stakeholder groups.
2. Ensure that the right stakeholders are effectively engaged in the program, in the right ways, at the right times.
3. Directly tie into the broader change and program plans to accelerate program progress.
You will be working within a larger Wipro team of organisational change management, process management and learning and development professionals – so you will be well supported within a terrific team culture.
Required Skills
1. Program and project communications management, building and deploying creative communications interventions to engage diverse audiences and accelerate program progress.
2. Experience in the design, build and implementation of a range of communications methods, mediums and tools.
3. Experience in large scale technology-driven transformations.
4. Working knowledge of change management theory and practice.
5. Responsible for building and sustaining collaboration with senior project stakeholders, including coaching and mentoring of both client and Wipro teams.
6. Ensuring communications effectiveness is measured and continually iterated to ensure the expected benefits of the communications strategy and plan are realised.

A nimble-minded individual, able to adjust and drive forward change in the face of evolving client requirements. The role requires flexibility balancing low-level detailed work with higher value strategic thinking, agility, resilience, and a mindset that finds ways to solve problems and make things work. As part of a global consulting practice your role will include participation in business development activities (such as leading proposal development and/or delivering client presentations) and driving thought leadership both internally and externally. Able to self-manage with a degree of project management expertise, the successful candidate has worked in a variety of environments with a range of delivery approaches and can readily adapt to the different styles of working across Wipro clients.
