We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service & Modernisation Manager to lead both our service and modernisation operations across Perth and surrounding areas. Managing a large installed base of elevators and escalators, this role is critical in delivering outstanding customer experience, driving modernisation growth, and ensuring operational excellence and safety.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop high‐performing Service and Modernisation teams across WA
* Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, exceptional service delivery, and effective issue resolution
* Oversee field operations, including maintenance, repairs, and modernisation projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
* Execute growth strategies by identifying modernisation opportunities within the existing customer base
* Manage business performance, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and market‐driven initiatives
* Champion continuous improvement and digital acceleration across service and project delivery
* Strengthen cross‐functional collaboration between service, modernisation, and sales teams
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a commercial, engineering, or technical field (or equivalent experience)
* Extensive leadership experience in service operations, modernisation/projects, facilities management, or technical operations
* Industry experience in elevators, construction, building services, or related sectors preferred
* Strong commercial and strategic mindset with a customer‐first approach
* Proven ability to drive both operational excellence and business growth
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving capability with a focus on quality and outcomes
* Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals
* Experience managing customer relationships, contracts, and service delivery performance
