Regional Operations Manager
This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Sydney office. As a key member of our Enterprise Services Team, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional guest experiences that bring our brand to life.
About the Role
* Operations & Business Management
- Manage office logistics, facilities, and vendor relationships to ensure high performance and effective service delivery of all local operations.
- Establish and maintain operational budgets, working closely with finance to optimize allocations.
- Responsible for insurances, local permits and business licenses, ensuring adherence to renewal dates and coverage levels.
- Managing all local purchasing including vendor RFPs, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Management of all internal communications to local London teams.
- Support local business teams and global leadership to implement regional initiatives and enhance organizational efficiencies.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.
- Project management of office enhancement projects.
- Other operational tasks supporting business needs, as required.

- Manage onsite onboarding and meal programs.

- Act as the key point of contact for employees on Workplace Experience matters, including solving Workplace ticketing requests in a timely manner.

- Ensure that full care is taken in the performance of all duties in order to protect the health and safety of oneself, fellow employees, visitors and consultants.
- Adhere to the Environmental Health and Safety policy of the company and meet local regulatory requirements
- Conduct and Manage Fire Risk Assessments and Occupational Health Risk Assessments
- Manage Emergency Evacuation Plan
- Assure adequate number of Staff trained as Fire Wardens and Emergency First Aid
- Manage incident reporting.
Qualifications
* Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Office Management with an emphasis in real estate and facilities management, purchasing oversight, and business operations.
- Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability; comfortable working independently, making decisions, and driving initiatives forward with limited supervision across time zones.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.

- Highly practical problem solving with the ability to work tasks and projects to completion within set timeframes.
- Confident in proactively presenting and escalating ideas, improvements and problems to the key stakeholders in a manner which ensures continuous improvement.
