About the opportunity• Aim to constantly improve people operations service delivery with excellent customer service by identifying challenges and recommending opportunities for improvements, constantly thinking outside of the box in terms of solutions.• Trusted Business Partner to the executive team. Coach and support the local leadership team in identifying and managing people interventions to improve business performance, and to build initiatives and programs that drive the business agenda aligned with the corporate strategy.• Act as a people advisor, providing coaching and advice on people-related questions, policies, procedures, and legislation.• Deliver ongoing people operations projects and employee engagement activities.• Recommend, implement, and update policies and integrated processes to ensure relevant people operations services and consistent employment standards.• Partner closely with the People Operations Centers of Excellence to drive the implementation of key people processes and projects with the local team.• Ensure accurate and trackable employee data using the people systems to provide managers with information and reporting on people-related data as required for decision-making.• Stay updated on people operations policies and procedures with relevant legislative changes and act as an expert in labor law.QualificationsExperience managing and developing team members.Minimum of 5 years of experience within the respective field.Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience at a generalist level.Strong project and stakeholder management experience, both internally and externally.Language skills: English and Arabic.Who we aretalabat is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform.
