The Role
You will play a critical role in supporting business performance through forecasting, reporting, and commercial analysis. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with strong visibility across the organisation, including exposure to senior leadership and Board reporting.
Key responsibilities
* Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across multiple business units
* Deliver monthly management reporting across the group — accurate, timely and insightful
* Partner with stakeholders to track spend vs budget and identify improvement opportunities
* Drive automation and efficiency in reporting processes
* Act as a trusted finance partner to operational leaders across the business
* Support presentations and reporting to senior leadership where required
* Contribute to a high-performance finance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
* Demonstrate ownership, initiative and a proactive mindset
Skills And Qualifications
* Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
* Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets
* Experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g. JobPac, Power BI or similar)
* Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
* Strong attention to detail while maintaining a commercial mindset
* Confident communicating with stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership
Qualifications
* 3-6 years\' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or accounting
* Experience in a multi-entity environment preferred
* Background in construction, property development, or project-based environments is advantageous
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
