About the Role
">
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Health Specialist in the BMA Broadmeadow HSS team. Reporting to the Superintendent HSS, you will coordinate case management with workers' compensation providers, workers, medical and allied health providers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
">
">
* Coordinates case management with workers' compensation provider, workers, medical and allied health providers, and stakeholders.
">
* Provides support for regulatory health surveillance activities and reporting, and the delivery of health promotion initiatives.
">
* Leads behavioral-based Field Leadership observations, offering support and technical guidance underpinned by a culture of care.
">
* Maintains health enterprise systems (e.g., Cority), data integrity, and document management.
">
* Supports site medical services, including Paramedics, EAP, Physiotherapy, Appointed Medical Advisers, and Occupational Physicians.
">

Requirements
">
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in a health-related or science discipline with registration with APHRA or ESSA or similarly related registration. You must also have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to effectively engage, influence, and coach varied levels of stakeholders both internally and externally.
