ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of warehouse operations, ensuring stock is accurately managed and orders are efficiently fulfilled. You will work closely with suppliers, couriers, and internal stakeholders and have direct input into improving logistics processes and route-to-market efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate warehouse operations, shipping, receiving and stock management
• Manage the full order cycle from receipt through to dispatch
• Take ownership of all warehouse stock and stock movements
• Monitor stock levels, rotation, quality, delivery times, and transport costs
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, couriers, and customers
• Arrange warehousing, catalogue goods, plan delivery routes, and process shipments
• Participate in monthly stocktakes
• Resolve delivery issues and logistics problems
• Maintain logistics metrics and analyse data to drive improvements
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
• Ensure compliance with WH&S legislation and ISO requirements
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and presentation
• Work with senior management to continually improve logistics efficiency
ABOUT YOU
• 3–5+ years experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
• Proven experience coordinating logistics and distribution activities
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience using logistics or inventory management software
• Training will be provided for the specific logistics software systems used
• Demonstrated potential to lead and coordinate others as the role develops
• Qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (desirable)
• Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
