Role Overview
The Front Office and Workplace Executive is the first point of contact for employees and guests at Reception. This role creates authentic experiences that strengthen relationships between JLL, our clients, and their stakeholders. Responsibilities include maintaining operational excellence, adapting to changing needs, and supporting all front‐office functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Create a comfortable, welcoming, and hospitable environment for employees and guests.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for maintenance and repairs.
* Manage all communications professionally, including calls and emails, while maintaining strict data security and following client protocols.
* Plan experiences and community events within and beyond the office to unite people and inject fun into the workplace.
* Manage sign‐in/out procedures and issue passes for new employees or visitors.
* Assist stakeholders with meeting room bookings to ensure a delightful experience.
* Monitor and order stationery and office supplies when needed.
* Support event organisers with logistics, equipment and assist with AV system set‐up.
* liaise with facilities and security teams and report any incidents, utilising Corrigo and CMO when needed.
Ideal Candidate
* Prior front desk experience in a fast‐paced environment such as facilities, property management, or hospitality.
* Professional, friendly demeanor with confident communication at all organisational levels.
* Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for quality service delivery.
* Collaborative team player committed to meeting shared objectives, but also able to work independently.
* Proactive problem solver capable of managing complex situations and competing priorities.
