Scarboro Toyota is a part of Regents Group, located in Osborne Park and has been operating since 1970. Due to the current unprecedented demand in used cars, we are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our busy team.
If you are an experienced car sales consultant, have the right attitude, work ethic and think that you will be able to manage more than 100 leads per month then we wish to hear from you.
To be successful in this role you must be able to work in conjunction with all internal departments including a willingness to go beyond your normal duties to ensure the guest experience meets or exceeds expectations. You will have a "can do" attitude.
* Prior experience as a car salesperson
* Excellent customer sales and service skills
* Process-driven and proactive
* Team player
* Ability to gain sales from new and existing customers
* Identifying and exceeding our customer's expectations, within-depth advice and service
* Understanding our customer's objectives, buying criteria & decision-making processes
* Ability to generate and manage high volume of walk-in traffic, phone enquiries and internet leads
* Rewarding commission structure
* Support from an enthusiastic management team
* On-going training (internal as well as manufacturer)
* Company drive vehicle with fuel allowance
* Delivery co-ordinate will deliver all vehicles which will give you more time to focus on selling
